All I’ve seen is Linked In posts about hiring for open positions.
It’s hard to retain people here and why would they want to stay with all this bs and then on top of it how can we honestly fjnd people outside to come here. We are a hot mess. We will continue to see job postings on linked in bc they can’t get anyone to apply. They keep growing and growing.
 








Can't even begin to say how stupid and worthless it is forcing an entire salesforce to learn about a product and conditions it treats that they have zero interest in or experience in. We will never have any passion about this product and when you force people to do something they do not want to do or never signed up for you will get the results you deserve by making this pathetic decision. How exactly do you think we will have any credibility with providers when you have used this approach. People in this business wonder why access is tough this is exactly why, stupid decisions like this. If Bayer leadership can't see this, they should all be fired!

Total bullshit, its why WHC is bleeding out talented people either to outside of the company or to oncology. Wake the fuck up mgt, you are pouring gas on a dumpster fire and you are proving how incompetent you are.
 








This is a prime example of why DSO is smoke and mirrors. Show me the CVR rep who said geez we need the WHC reps to call on PC and this product will be on blast. Then that worked its way up to senior managers who put that plan in motion. Hahahahahahaha

What do you expect with the overall financial health check of this company? It’s been badly injured and won’t likely improve for years so this gawd awful stuff will keep happening and I’m sure layoffs will continue beyond 2024. This place has completely hit rock bottom both financially and culturally. The fact they have so many openings and AGMs have been active on LinkedIn to sell outsiders because they cannot attract talent and anyone willing to come here must be very desperate. We are even losing candidates who say they will come and then drop out because a better offer came in. It’s awful here - we are hemorrhaging financially and not enough people are leave through attrition so more damage coming soon.

Point well taken and all the more reason you would think senior leadership would make better decisions and lessen distraction. Instead they make it worse by these bone headed moves. If they are struggling with results currently how much worse will it be when all the talent leaves.

How can we expect us to change when the same stupid leaders who have lead us to the mess we are in are still the ones making the decisions we are all doomed stock keeps decline and after a year of this bullshit we are still in the same position.

Well he didn’t do anything for CVR before DSO and then gets promoted? Same with some of these other VPs and heads of squads. Most of those leading the pack don’t know how to lead and are not good for Bayer yet those in charge of those promotions keep giving them chances.
