Everyone from the managers up got a raise. Long term incentives. NAA’s all got a raise. Plus all NAAs are getting promoted into open territories, another raise. So the ONLY ones not getting a raise are the ones actually selling in the field. And with this new IC plan that force ranks, don’t say, give yourself a raise and sell more. That doesn’t really work. Because most of IC is capped. Even though they say 30% is uncapped. If you grew 200% you’d make like 3k extra.
 
























































So this looks like JnJ, Cempra, Ethicon good ol’boy, big pharma, soul sucking, activity driven, who you know, pc mentality, to me. Don’t really care what the med can or cannot do. If your sales lag at all, the metric piano will be dropped on your head.
