Comp plan

That would be something to find out when you actually interview. Believe me, it’s a good plan. You won’t be eligible right away, because you’ll be in training for a bit. I do believe there is a training bonus when you are successfully certified for the field.

All comp plans in pharma are capped. Someone sets a goal/quote, and if they guess correct you make the target. IF they are a bad guesser, then you can make a little more or less than target. If you have a bad year then next year will probably be great as you have a lower baseline. This is how a monkey could win p-club. If you are hear long enough, eventually everyone can win the award.

So you say a monkey can win if they’ve been HEAR or “here” long enough. Sounds like you need to get hooked on phonics and learn about proper grammar. Jealous and angry much?! Enjoy the weekend loser!

I have seen many vacant territories win without a monkey. This is why HR won't let you place a rep on a PIP based on sales numbers. It has to be based on deficient competencies, and not sales numbers. Many things in a territory impact sales that have nothing to do with a rep.
