VP-ship at Exact Sciences has nothing to do with gender. Neither does it have anything to do with intelligence, caliber, or competence. Only 2 things are required. You should be able to form a club or get into a club and should be able to do 'anything' to stay put after that.

When the commercial leader makes an inappropriate joke about his own young daughter, on a commercial call, it is worthless to think he will respect women as leaders.

He says and I quote. "My daughters name is Amara. And a neighbor said Amara was amazing last night". Apparently he was talking about Amara the Italian restaurant in Madison, but the innuendo was disgusting!

To add to that the Womens network turned out to be a complete disaster.

2.) men and women invited to attend and participate

How is the supposed to be a safe place for women to network and develop leadership skills. Why not call it employee engagement rather than a Womens network that includes men.

Has anything come from all the ideas on the initial call.
