Best option may be to move on. Jim and Everett brought her in so we have a better chance of seeing Santa than them actually demonstrating leadership. HR is pretty much clueless. They are more concerned about pronouns.
Anyone in our market that’s worth a damn has had a good year with her. People that are doing work are being recognized and people that aren’t aren’t. That simple. Stop trying to call people out.
