Management has actually had employees that relocated to Florida for the company on their own dime, then cut them without severance pay. Fact.

That is the epitome of a company that does not care one iota about its employees.
 
























So, this happened again. Thankfully I was able to miss the chopping block for a 2nd time. Sorry to all of those who were let go. If this company has any lessons to learn its "fooled me once shame on you, fooled me twice shame on me, fool me three times...hell no!
 








I’ll still never understand the strategy of offering managers the sales positions. Good managers don’t always make good reps, just like good reps don’t always make good managers. Plus, if you were demoted, wouldn’t you be utilizing the time with a paycheck to look for another job? Just gonna end up with an empty territory. It’s only a matter of time.

And look at that ones they kept in management LE, JC, KC all been in a manager position for a year now and they put LF and DM into rep roles? If there was any question this place has no idea what is going on out in the field.

I guess the Gish Curse is real. last place he was at sold right after he showed up and he took the ride, now he's riding this sinking ship right down.....

Time for me to start looking

Thanks for your thoughts Melissa B. Maybe the reason you have finally been let go is because everyone realizes how much you backstab and talk about people who think you are friends. Your reps wanted you out for a reason. Please take your childish behavior somewhere else. You have been talking shit about Gish since the day he arrived to anyone who will listen to you. Most of us actually like him. Exit, stage left. Go be negative somewhere else.

Haha Melissa B was so bad. Never understood why the move from sales field to trainer . Probably just couldn’t sell anything . Won’t be missed

You can like Gish all you want. I’ve been here over 3 years and the last 5 months since Gish has shown up is the first time I have started looking for a new job. Gish has made some very bad moves for all of us and TXMD will not make it to 2021
 
















It’s not only leadership but look at how prescribers look at Annovera! With LMNs needing to be filled out and patients not liking the concept of re using a ring coupled with coverage issues prescribers just don’t want to prescribe it no matter how hard we try!
 
































Gish curse. You’re so right. The minute he got here it’s been horrible. He’s realigned horribly twice by moving the wrong people out, brought in a horrible leader to head training and nobody sees any authenticity in him. Maybe when all you care about is money, that’s what happens? He’s driving his stock down even further by his lack of talent and horrible decision making abilities.

Once again thank you Melissa. Casting stones at CG and TR because you are being let go from training. It’s obvious to the entire sales force that you have been angry since January running your mouth so you might want to save your reputation while you can. We are not sad to see you go.

100 percent Melissa B. Fired from training so she’s blaming both of them to make herself feel better. There seems to be a pattern Melissa. Horrible manager horrible trainer
