He is a terrible manager, he treats his reps like they are below him, he tells reps they don’t know how to sell, when he is just a big mouth with know clinical acumen. He has been reported for anti semitism and yet he is still here. MM from Dermatology should have been demoted years ago, doesn’t deserve to represent this company. The company should be ashamed to keep rewarding him.

He is a pear-shaped loser, his beard is weird, "favors" the women (it's not reciprocated), can't get a promotion or win an award to save his life, and is a back-stabbing, insecure douche.
I remember the good old days with this guy. He was banned from Bflo Medical Group for selling the spread on Remicade, even went to Court. Instead of firing, Hey Big promoted him, the guys a pompous arrogant individual, made so many peoples lives hell over the years.
He's the best. Knows how to sell. Could sell ice cubes to Alaskans, or a car to a person who already has one. That's talent. Hangs with the cream of the crop. KNows his cigars and whiskies. He can talk to the janitor or the CEO of a big hospital chain. Has the guts to tell our managment when they're wrong, and when he does they listen to him and make changes. Most reps would march into hell soaked in gas for him just to get an extra week of vacation.
