He is scared and desperate. I doubt if he gets much sleep. Not good to scam others especially the weak and vulnerable. The most insane thing to do is to scam the government. As the saying goes, the way you prepare your bed, so you lay on it.

Could this be the tip of the iceberg? Will private insurers and workman's comp follow the FBI's footsteps?
Who else got scammed out of millions of dollars? Are they lining up behind the Feds?

Will it just be Brian they take down or will oe Matthews from Naples, Fl and his partner Wes Sights, fromHenderson, KY be made to pay gheir debt to society? Sooooooo many questions.

I followed up on my claim last week and was told there is an ongoing investigation against Proove. Just add to the list of investigations I guess.
 



Reading through these post is horrible. It is crazy how most of you call yourselves "Adults".

Yes what ever Brian is going through sucks! I'm sure if you were in his shoes it would just feel like a living nightmare never ending, its taking too much time to get out of it.

All you are doing on here is talking shit. It's going to get really old. I hope 10 years from now you aren't still bitter. There is someone getting diagnosed at this very moment with cancer and all you can do is talk smack.

How about you just live your life and stay positive. I hope this company either shuts downs and pay those who have not gotten paid Or two clean up the company, make that research money, make it ethical and pay everyone back. Hire the right people, listen to the reasons of others so this company doesn't go through this again.

You have to spend money to gain money. There is no easy shortcut. Great software and educated people cost money.

What of the reps he scammed, the patients he served bogus tests, the insurance companies he scammed, what about Medicare where he stole tens of millions of dollars from, the unpaid employees, the lies and broken promises. Please if you have nothing to say just go to bed quietly. Brian is a con man and a thief. He prepared his bed, let him lay on it.

Brian went on holidays while he is unable to pay wages owed to employees that worked for him. How nice! If you think you are helping Brian by coming here to defend him and boast about how he is going to walk free, you are clearly mistaken. Many people view this thread, including law enforcement. You just might be creating more problems for your scam artist hero.
