If you're looking for zero job security, crappy compensation which changes just after being hired, extremely poor management, constant threats, hours a day loading wasted data, constant report requirements that are never even reviewed by managers, a 95% annual attrition rate, and lax tox reports compared to every other lab out there, get a job with Castle Medical and good luck. The ones who do well are simply given accounts when reps are fired or they have family members in the medical business who give them deals. The equipment program they offer practices is an absolute joke. Not one deal done because doctors realize they've been deceived or teased. Ask anyone who has worked for this company... the ones who are still there feel like they could be fired any day for any reason and their accounts given to someone else due to politics. The sales goals constantly go up so, even if you're happy with your income and you're making hundreds of thousands for the company, they will threaten to fire you for not bringing new deals on in a limited market.
