Vehicle Reimbursement Survey

In order to makes sure we are paying all employees equitably we will now cut all reimbursement for everyone.

Please take the survey below

How do you want to be screwed?

A) With a Rental car that has an embedded GPS (BTW this option is here just so it looks as if we really looked into it).
B) Flat fee that falls well below what we're paying everyone now
C) A really low flat rate and a low click fee per mileage that we can track via your company work phone.

This survey is because we want to be fair to everyone and include you in the decision making process so that's why we're not including any figures in the survey before we jam this down your throught...erh I mean make a decision that best for everyone.
 



Sounds like a worry about getting caught cheating. Several SD's and at least one RVP have been blown out for not telling the truth about travel. Why are you worried about them tracking your mileage? Will they find out you have been supplementing your income with mileage reimbursement? At 56 cents a mile and an expensive car payment, its hard not to cheat. Do what I did, buy a cheap car and it doesn't matter if you expense it or not. Keep it real and keep the job.

A cheap car is expensive to up keep. This isn't about SD/ASM's padding mileage for 56 cents it's about Miraca saying 56 cents is to high (when it's the govt number) and they want a piece of it. It's the ultimate nickel and dime job by management on its workers and if your so proud and not ashamed of where you work and what your spewing put your name to it.

I'm ashamed of this place and face retribution for dissent so I can't, but your doing their bidding if you believe it say who you are joker.....

Maybe they will just give us Jap cars to drive, help their economy and save on the the expense reports.
 



Everyone vote for a flat rate. Legally It has to stay consistent with what they're paying everyone now respectively. Then at the end of the month take the week off!!!!!
 






Gary you should be balancing the cost cutting with everyone and not continue to bash reps. You jam all sorts of change down our throats that is perceived as negative by us. You done nothing to show good faith and balance towards your sales reps. You reap what you sow.

The majority of us do not need cars. Just pay us the miles and an allowance and call it a day.

I was going to drive off a cliff when I saw what management did to quotas and how they changed how they calculated base business but now that their cutting vehicle reimbursement so much it's not worth getting in the car to drive to the cliff.

Look guys, this is not necessary. We can and will win. You know what they say.... ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING...... There are going to be road blocks and bumps in the road, but we must persevere! When the going gets tough I think of what my mentor who recently departed this great organization would say. "We have the science, we have the technology, and we have the greatest leadership in the lab business.....WE WILL WIN!" Keep preaching our quality..... it is unmatched! Close hard and blow out that quota!!!!!

This is a fair plan. Coming from Big Pharma and getting about the same, we aren't getting cars with GPS, good to know they DO trust us. Let's work together team and make it successful!

Your full of your own shit. they should have tracked everyone using gps and fire those who didn't fall into what was tracked and they reported. This runzheimer crap is a degredation of any integrity left after d halbert screwed everyone. MIRACA you will reap what you sow by this. if management learned anything from those reps who quit, got fired, or whatever, share can easily go with them and if you think said reps arent telling clients to stop sending or to send elsewhere, youve got another thing comin.
