Bad Managers in Onc





OP is looking to be a trouble maker. If people have problems with the manager go talk to them and confront the issue. Calling people names on an anonymous board is the action of a coward. Why is it when there are layoffs everyone turns on everyone? Try sticking together and supporting each other. Try a positive thread about the managers that are good and liked.

The DM position is the least needed position in pharma sales. Honestly, there is no need for a DM. Hire a few more people to review expenses-thats it. DMs are powerless, just as RDs are
completely unable to make an impact on managed care. These are contractual relationships that require the blessing from legal-not a dm or rm.

No point in discussing mgrs that are liked. Why? Because that is exactly the reason why this f&$#ing company is sinking...they promote and hire people they "like". Usually , those are the most incompetent and Eisai is full of no-talent morons.

We wil continue to post the issues as we see them whether you like it or not. Focusing on the incompetent shit heads will bring attention to the fact that not everyone likes them and they need to go.
