Has anybody been told not to do your year-end evaluations? Or given some vague answers to wait till the next mega meeting? If yes, is that a sign that you are on the 'goner' list?

They're such idiotic morons. What they should do is send a company-wide email advising employees that the due dates for the performance management reviews will not be adhered to due to the impending employee changes. Fucking assholes in HR! All of them starting from the top!

OB did send a company wide voicemail to both sales forces informing them that the due dates for this would be pushed back. Guess you didn't listen to his message huh?
 





















There is a huge issue with doing performance reviews based on a calendar year while your IC is based on a fiscal year. It rarely matches up, we have been shorted for years.
