It is pretty simple what it will be known as, a really screwed up company that RR ran into the ground with his dictator like management style.


It is a little over the top but being a rep here is a lot like being a jew in pre-WWII Germany. You don't know who to trust. They play you against each other and don't want to hear any ideas or you are terminated. I think that is how it will be known.

It is very sad what Ron has done to this company. The man will get fired one of these days just like every where else he has worked out. The company has no future as long as he is around.
 



Don't know Oncology from hypertensiton

RR is a napoleonic racoon looking midget who knows nothing about Oncology. He was an embarssement at the recent NSM. He thinks selling in Onclolgy is primary care. Every rep actually laughed at his talk and realized how out of touch he is.
The largest problem is no one in upper managment knows nothing about Oncology RR is the least knowledgable of all. They are going to re-launch and brand a 20 year old product that they paid way too much for. Novartis inflated sales for 09 by giving the drug away and Prometheus fell for it. No one did their home work and were under some false assumption that that an old product grew 20% in one year when it was barely promoted. Just shows the lack of knowledge and intelligence in upper managment. THEY SHOULD STICK TO GI. THIER TEST SUCK IL2 IS A DOG!!!!

Selling IL-2 which is more or less dead. It’s used very infrequently in a very small subset of RCC and Melanoma patients. With all the drugs in kidney and the new drugs in melanoma don’t take this job unless you are out of work. They have a very unrealistic view on the role of IL-2. I did some consulting for them and was amazed at out little they understood of the oncology market place.

Saw this post in therapeutic specialties. Couldn't agree more. Joe, Ron and the boys are in over their heads

Joe Eggler is on a huge ego trip and hasn't got a clue about Oncology. Rob Scott was worthless also in that regard.
