What could Investors possibly be thinking with all of the turmoil in the US? No Sancuso available at wholesalers level. No manafacturer. No new product approved by FDA. Management wants to keep paying sales force they have until when..... What could Investors be thinking?

You are an assole for writing this garbage

Maybe the first poster is just telling it like it is. The second poster is obviously management who instead of giving answers to the reps keeps lying and giving false hope to a sinking ship. Management finds time to read Cafepharma and call people names instead of spending time finding a solution to the mess of this company.

Unike you, Investors think long term not just 1 to 2 to 3 months. Sancuso will be available at the wholesale level in early 2011 as Aveva voluntarily shut down there plant. What do you mean by no Manufacturer? Did Aveva just vanish? We do have a new product which will be approved soon and is being held up by a REMS program not anything to do with the value of the drug. What is Management supposed to do get rid off the entire field force (like they probably did you early on) only to have to re-hire in January? The Investors of which you are clearly not one understand that all companies go through tough times and it takes resolve to make it. The Investors also understand that even with all the problems in the United States today that this is the place to be if you want to grow your business long term. What you call turmoil was caused by all the hapless and just utterly awful salepeople that were initially hired.

My advice to you is to worry about your own probably pathetic life and stop worrying and what Investors are thinking. The bottom line is simple, while Prostrakan Investors are concerned with the future they are glad that people like you are no longer on board.

Nice spin on a big problem!!! Good luck! If the investors were not worried, they would not have had ride along with reps! Investors don't usually go in the field unless they don't trust management and want to find out for themselves what the problems are. Nice try thinking I am an unhappy person who is already gone from the company. Maybe I am still employed taking a few minutes at a coffee shop trying to catch my breath and wait for the next weekly conference call to see what is going to hit the fan this week.

No, saying what a mess is not a solution. A solution would have been finding a new manufacturer to make the product a year ago as contingency, not sit on our hands and hope that the manufacturer would pass the next inspection. I have family who are suffering and have cancer. They could use this product if it wasn't so darn expensive with high co-pays and now it won't even be available to finish out their course of chemo.

"Listen to your employees, even when they are critical. They have their feet on the ground and can tell you what's working and what's not. Invest in them. Make sure they have what they need to do the job you want them to do. They are your ambassadors to the customer and will work to execute your vision."

Did they keep the MSL's in place, I think they had 5 originally. Are they still on board for the new realignment that is rumored? Have a friend who may be interested in an MSL job, she is very competent and a solid performer. Anyone know what their sales management is like?

No MSL's. They were dumped a long time ago. Some were brought on and only kept few months before being let go. Big mess. No Sancuso in warehouses . Offices calling around and can't find. They are very mad. This is not a stable group to join right now. If they do not fix the mess soon or new product not approved by FDA soon, they will not have US presence.

Great to hear an expert opinion

The CEO shake up seems to have bought some time; the share price has moved back up - not great but better than it was. Does show that the Abstral approval, Endo deal with Fortesta and getting Sancuso back on line holds promise for the future with the investors. There are no locks on the doors - only the committed need remain!

Management got rid of or chased out some of the most committed. Their ego's made snap decisions after only meeting people for short time. Data isn't everything. Some of the laziest people who waste the most money and don't work everyday are still here. They just get more patches per script.
