This company seems like a disaster, the VP brought all people from Novocure (I mean really) that have little to no management experience. I see lots of micromanagement and a horrible culture, like they had at Novocure.

Correct. Novocure rejects. If you didn’t work at Novocure do not apply. Data is not great either. No equity. Passed on this.
 








Spoke to a manager, asked how will you differentiate another me too PD1 late to market? Contracting? Market disrupting price? It isn't going to be the mediocre data. Had no response besides “we are working on it”. No equity, no signing bonus.. PASS.

The time to hire and rush to interview will reflect the caliber of hires.
 




The Texas manager stated in interviews on Thursday & Friday that she would pick two candidates on Monday and expect them to fly to Dallas on 48 hours notice. Asking to hold a day open. Then ghosted. Candidates talk. They consistently ghosted candidates nationally. It’s unprofessional and immature. Oncology is a small community. You already earned a reputation as a second rate managers and company before your PDUFA date.

Many of us took the call to hear what you were offering or see if you had strategy. Which you don’t. The required non disclosure for a phone screen was funny. Your culture is as weak as your data and your slim chance of success. The lack of experience with your Novocure managers shows. Anyone that takes this job or the Novocure thoracic jobs is desperate. Good luck!
 












Elevator material, you must be an idiot, pharma is filled with idiots. Managers either hire people that know the market or they hire "yes" reps that are clueless to be a sounding board for the clueless managers. "Reach and frequency" are their tools. There is no equity here. Major problem and the problem with pre ipo is bs. This company will fail before it started.
 




Wish all the best with the elevar candidates! Do worry about the dominance of novocure managers who don’t seem to understand the oncology marketplace. Going to be a bumpy ride for those that sign onto this startup. Unfortunately the risk versus reward doesn’t seem to add up. If you don’t have a job, maybe a hold over job, but if your employed, I wouldn’t take the risk because there’s no upside.

The way this “manager” on here speaks is everything I needed to know to pass. Immaturity at its best, putting people down. No thank you to that culture. The VP was at Pfizer for yearsssss before Novocure, I’d be prepared for some serious micromanagement. That coupled with these brand new managers and the culture will be as toxic as the managers comments.
