Please fire the gutless “I am an Indian God” narcissistic prick in Chicago. How you see him as a manager is beyond all of us. He’s a walking lawsuit waiting to happen. He treats everyone inappropriately. Karma will get him in his personal life, always does.

Are you talking about Arwind? The guy is the definition of ass kisser. When I tell you that nobody in the field likes him I’m not exaggerating. Molly and Paul lost the respect of a lot of people when they hired this guy. This company has become who can kiss the most ass. It’s absolutely pathetic.
 



To make things even better, the HAE team isn’t getting its full Q1 bonus on time because all the people who kissed ass to get into a job apparently can’t do the job correctly. I’m curious to know what the consequences are for people working on comp who did not get the job done. Probably nothing because Molly and Paul would be partly to blame.
 

































Paul and Molly have a hard on for the HAE team to the tune of shitting on the rest of immunology to benefit them. Not to mention the blatant not caring about the pulmonary, MMN and institutional sales teams.
 



if you had the 2ns most important drug in Shires portfolio coming to market in a matter of months you might be treated just a tad different as well........Immunology has some good people but also has a number of arrogant individuals that have zero concept and clue of rare disease and have to. reminded that PI isn’t rare Disease...the decision to implode HAE with territories the size of a Ford Escape also was a enormous blunder........

The new hae drug will never be as big, important or lucrative as GAMMAGARD. So forgive me for not thinking you are all that special. What’s left of the HAE are a bunch of whiners and premadonnas who think they are better than everyone else. Molly and Paul’s problem is that they seem to accept this.

I’m not mad at the hae team. You guys seem to have a pretty good thing over there. Most of the PI team are jealous of you. We are just tired of always being considered second if at all. First we came second to hemo, now to hae. Most PI reps are looking for new jobs.

If having it good means taking 3 steps back into a big pharma metrics sales model, then we are living FAT! Why would Shire buy companies, totally destroy the culture and expect people would still be motivated? Dear Shire- we don’t all sell Mydayis. Please learn what rare disease sales entails. -signed everyone selling HAE
