FDA has been busy this year in more ways than one. From warning the public about unauthorized devices,  banning summary reports for breast implants, to drafting a variety of new guidance documents,  and saying goodbye to the agency's 23rd commissioner, nobody should accuse FDA of twiddling its thumbs in 2019.
