WuXi continues Western asset sale with $500M Merck deal

WuXi Biologics announced Monday it will sell its vaccine manufacturing facility in Dundalk, Ireland to Merck & Co. for approximately $500 million. The transaction marks another major retreat from Western markets for the Chinese company, despite a recent easing of pressure from the US government.
