Medtronic Acquires Fortimedix Surgical

Fortimedix Surgical, a medtech company based in Geleen, The Netherlands, announced via a LinkedIn post that it has been acquired by Medtronic.

In the post, Fortimedix described the deal as a "unique opportunity to leverage our articulating instrument technology for application across patient therapies."
