BD Moves to Settle the Majority of Its Hernia Mesh Litigation

Becton Dickinson & Company (BD) said it had reached an agreement to settle much of its existing hernia litigation.

The Franklin Lakes, NJ-based company faced about 38,000 claims of organ damage and pain, according to a report from Bloomberg.
