RD yelled at me during a conversation, very unprofessional. I report this to HR noting happen. RD reported two issues that were not true. I had proof and evidence, HCPs and nurses that attended a dinner program and all reps on my team. I reported these false reports to two HR managers and noting was done. My district was ranked #2 in the region and 6 nationally. I can believe I was treated like this with no recourse after reporting, thus I resigned. 1 of 3 African American DM is the company out of 30.
