It’s unfortunately a very transient company. Lower base, used to have amazing IC bonuses but as a top performer, barely making money and no one getting kickers promoting 4 products (must hit 100% goal to receive). Lunch budgets already on low end of the industry, we’re just cut in half. No company car or rental option, everyone has to go buy a car and get the (taxed) car reimbursement. Cellphone budget cut as well. People fired for BS reasons (no one put in a PIP, just fired) and layoffs. No camaraderie on top of low morale to boot. :/
