Here is what DEI has shown me -

One D2 who jumped to VP in record time, who thought they were the smartest in the room, yet stole every idea and would present them as their own. This person also didn't hide their disdain for experienced white males

Another D2 who led training but outright refused to be up in front of an audience due to social anxiety. Isn't public speaking and presenting a pre-requisite for training? How do you coach your team?

An M2 who was allowed to take an in house role but worked it remotely after others were told they couldn't
