How strict are they with their background checks? I had a DUI 6 years ago and I`ve already lost 2 job offers over it.

From what I`ve read on this site, they seem to have a HUGE turnover problem, so I wasn`t sure if they`d be as picky as other large med companies.

The DUI is the only black mark on my record. Besides that I`m a pretty solid candidate.
 






i guess it depends on how bad they want you. They're a private company so they can be more forgiving than a public company when it comes to stuff like that.

As long as you have the work experience and the hiring manager likes you, then I don't think a dui from 6 years ago should be a huge issue.
 












I think they look more for felonies. Plus after 7 years you won't have to worry about that dui. Most companies go back only 3,5 or 7 years, depending on how much they want to pay for the report.

Do you have a pulse? Do you have zero cardiovascular experience? Are you foolish enough to believe you can do what the previous 3-4 TM's couldn't?

Lol.

What I think he was saying is that he's already been shot down by two "normal" companies for that DUI, so maybe they'll take him here, since the turn over is so high.
