Is it just me, or does this bother anyone else? Why do you think it take like 7 years to fully vest in your 401K at Zoll? This has to be the only company in med devices that won't fully vest their employees' 401K. What a shame! What does this tell you about how this company cares about it's people?

It tells you they know that the odds say you'll be gone in 2 to 3 years
 






Is the 40% yearly attrition accurate? That's far higher than the average device company. Are the reps leaving on their own or are they being managed out or fired? Thx.
 






























How are their other benefits… PTO, health and dental, company car, etc.…?

They are earned, not given to me. But when held over your head or used to threaten, then they become worthless, because it makes people not want to be here. You don't give me a paycheck, I earn it. I give you my skills and time to grow your business, and in turn you pay me. Now go figure out another way to screw us on the commission plan by controlling inventory, fittings, and PSRs....

40%? Who told you that? Within Two years 70% of sales force is gone! At every national meeting nobody knows who the hell the're talking to!!
 






SO glad I stopped working while I wait to give my notice. Worst stop in my career. Later.

Second smartest person in company!!! Smartest person is the one who uses ZOLL as a second job and sucks the money out of JWs wallet!!! Just like how Zoll sucked the life out of thousands of eager and willing sales people!!!

Turnover is the highest in the industry. I didn't believe it at first because I always performed above expectations. Things quickly started to go down hill with few options to address the revenue woes. Large companies like Zoll typically value their employees and provide full vesting immediately. Zoll expects the turnover to continue. Hence, the vesting plan speaks volumes about their outlook on the situation. The culture at the top won't allow things to change.

I can honestly say I love the product, but despise the mindset of senior leadership.
