Zogenix Sales Layoffs to expand!

<

This place is a joke.
Mostly at the top. No vision. No foresight. No leadership.
Total rookies. Can't believe you can't make it out of a launch POA before talking layoffs.

Jackasses.

These guys just don't understand the pain market well. It takes time. Not having an RX incentive plan was a very bad way to launch a drug that the entire company is depending on. It is going to get better, but 13 weeks...... and then freaking and dumping people is crazy, even with the extra B/S on Capitol Hill, and such. They need to buy a second level product (Flector Patch would be a nice fit) that is a cash cow,..easy sell, it will keep the lights on and give everyone time to move ahead with Zohydro

the incentive plan was a strategic choice to persuade FDA that they weren't in it for the money and they were different than Purdue. (Probably a necessary move at the time.) Kind of strange how they are pulling the trigger on layoffs so soon. Must be really bad.

The head count will be 74-82 by end of sept. 40% to goal is not even close. After q3 market cap will be roughly 200 mil in 12-18 mos you have adt look for new owners by Halloween.

Hello anyone know when a buyout might be announced formally? They have q2 report coming up, and they just had a meeting with Oppenheimer. Sounds like soon? But how soon? Price per share estimates?
