That was definitely their plan. Medtronic secretly placed their people in ZB to facilitate a take over. I can’t believe that your genius mind was the only one that picked up on it.
 






ZimVie is awesome. We probably spent millions with outside consultants and hundreds of internal hours working on a this new name. Given the current state of affairs, it makes total sense that this is the best that they could do

So, ZimVie seems to be island of misfit toys. Recently called by a recruiter to discuss an opening. What’s the deal, you can’t keep employees or distributors? The competitors seems to have your number and are leaving you in the dust. Yes, I passed on interviewing. I’m just curious as an investor in medical companies how ZimVie validates its existence as it approaches a new 52 week low. Please, set me straight.

Years ago the OG plan was to get rid of spine and dental aka ZimVie so Medtronic could take over. Brought in Hanson and other Medtronic cronies but they screwed the pooch so bad we are where we are now. A complete joke from where we used to be. Innovation was replaced with ego, a huge mistake that’s continuing to happen at ZB and making everyone look for other jobs. Moral rock bottom, if you’re an investor and can’t see this good luck.

Nah. Hanson was Covidien and he was bailing vs being second or third bannana. Geoff Martha tried his own MDT play in ortho, ended up shutting it down.
