How could any company board agree to buy this compliance nightmare of a company? Unless they fire every single crooked rep and manager, which of course would be everyone, and start from scratch, this place is just another DOJ liability waiting to happen again. Glad to be out of this mess.

The stock holding up? The market indices are hitting all time highs as well as other med tech companies while OFIX goes down each quarter. Talk about missing a window of opportunity. They fought for new highs when the market was down to flat and are clinging to life in the lower third of the 52 week range in one of the biggest bull moves on history. The worst is yet to come I fear.
 






IMO it's holding up miraculously, it has been trading in a tight range $35-$38 for several months on nothing more than horseshit. Management dropping/defecting like flies, and the last quarterly report was such a fucking joke heads were exploding. They just barely squeaked out of the DoJ inquiry, and theyre still on the line with the Supreme Court. The only ([ONLY]) reason this company made any money in the last 2 quarters is because they extorted a huge 'donation' from their sales reps - stand by while we cut your fucking earnings in half because you have no place else to go. If this POS doesnt merge with or get taken out by Zimmer, they are dead ducks. Look for wailing walls to be built in Lewisville.

It's funny to see the whining sales reps here, many that just farm their old accounts and make a good buck. I know one that makes $ 180K per year and only worked 2 days per week. Lazy MOFO. Consider that many of the Spine Stim reps have no scientific qualification, but did great work at past companies like Hooters and Subway. lol

And now these losers are being replaced by distributors country wide. In doing so, the revenue is disappearing down rabbit holes. What a case study for a failed strategy. Burn baby burn. Lol

Are the stim sales going to distributors in Ortho , or are you talking about clinics billing themselves ? I work for a distributor and we are looking to pick up a stim.

Both. Be careful any Stim business you pick up that is inorganic is probably a result of some sort of scam or impropriety. If you go for it organically and legally it will take a long time on just merit. Doctors and staff bill themselves and if not they are normally dirty. The market is shrinking and the reimbursement is going to become a challenge as the technology is classified wrong and the science is nonexistent. It should be in TENS land within the next 18 months so hurry while supplies last! In other words... pick up some pain cream instead.
