What's it like to be a rep over there? Do you cover primary cases or just the difficult ones? What's pricing like for knees and hips?
The UK market is completely price driven. Our National Health Service (NHS) is forced to make savings year on year and we are asked to constantly being asked drop our prices, which we are forced to do otherwise we can't compete.
Well it is a price conscious market, and they are pushing hard, consequently staff turnover is pretty high.
