Hello,

I was recently contacted by a recruiter to see if I'd be interested in interviewing for an associate sales role with Zimmer Ortho and wanted to see what people thought of the company. I'm coming from B2B and don't have much knowledge on this company. Any insight you could provide would be greatly aprpeciated.

Historically a real powerhouse in Ortho, which has fallen on hard times recently due to a couple of product issues and stubborn reluctance to change its ways for the Dept. of Justice. Z will return IF it can change. Whether it is a good fit depends on WHERE you are located and your own PERSONAL situation. Read this board, but take it with a grain of salt because there are many diverse perspectives interacting.
 



I would kill for a spot with Zimmer. Do it Hansel!

As an Associate you'll bust your ass, end up with crap work that senior reps don't want, and if you complain say good bye.

Zimmer used to be a great company but not now. Leadership does not know and worse, does not care about orthopaedics, just a big numbers game. You will sincerely regret ever joining this pitiful company....
