Zimmer Gallup Interview

What is the Gallup interview like for Zimmer? Is this new or has it always been part of the interview process, like Stryker?

new part of process but very similar to stryker gallup interview - possibly even the same one.

They'll just ask u the same questions over and over in different wordings. Just answer like Jesus and sound confident. You'll be fine.

What division are you interviewing for?

Regen. Specialist but I haven't had a FTF yet with the Manager yet just a phone interview and he explained the hiring process and the Gallup interview would be next to last step. They are big into forced stacking etc. Sounds a lot like GE.

Anyone know how long it takes to get a response from Zimmer after the Gallup? I took one recently just wondering when to expect to hear back?
