How do you think this will affect Acumed? I wonder if Acumed will sell to someone. I wonder if Acumed will buy anyone. Wonder how this will affect our buying power on contracts.

well its going to have ramifications on the 2 major agents - LA & Florida who carry Zimmer and Acumed. No way they get to keep Acumed with the products they now must hit coming over from Biomet. HI products, elbow and hand especially are much more competitive than the Zimmer crap

Guess what? Biomet trauma is a whole lot bigger player in Florida that Zimmer and Acumed. So me thinks Biomet gets to chose not the Fl Zimmer guys.

Acumed is not selling or buying anyone. Just like OsteoMed, MicroAire, Skeletal Kinetics, and Precision; they will muddle along without Louhon/Colson making any drastic changes and getting left behind.

About to do? haven't there been several Firings, Resignations, and heads rolling already?
The process is has been in place for a while, JR has just been able to bullshit his way around it
JR is lucky to still have his job. the entertaining part is watch how quick TVL turns on him once he is shown the door or how quick JR turns on TVL in the same situation
