So, this guy is obviously an empty corporate suit butt-kisser who doesn't want to admit that ZB ain't no "destination employer" any more.
 








Just shows how little corporate truly thinks of their sales force. And how bad things have gotten financially for Zimmer. Even DePuy kept production running at full capacity to alleviate any backorders and to be ready for increase in cases coming. What does Zimmer do? Shut down for a few weeks...
 




Are you kidding? Corporate has been doing their best during this crisis. I mean, sure they gave us a 100% loan while every other major company guaranteed income for their reps, but at least my managers can have the opportunity to constantly email/text me about watching webinars! The irony is as a 1099 they really can’t require us to do anything. Oh wait, they want to treat us like employees.

I’ve been with Zimmer for 16 years. The other tenured reps I’ve talked to recently are all frustrated with the company. While the impact may not be immediate, you can bet that when we talk to other companies about moving over that Zimmers lack or support won’t be remembered.

ZB burning bridges? ZB may never recover? Total Bull and everyone reading this knows it’s true. Where’s the mass exodus? I’ve not heard of anyone leaving. The biggest group of box openers in the industry with literally no pull. You guys are a total joke and you know it!
