What is the set up for the direct Recon sales guys? Commission %? Benefits? Is it worse than working 1099 through distributor?

Going 1099 as an "independent contractor "that isn't allowed to be independent. Tax\ and benefit savings are huge far ZB but its illegal (they took away your other product lines)

How can they do that if they don't compete? What is commission for direct?

The commission depends how big your territory is and how good of a negotiator you are
