We are all guaranteed to keep our jobs in 2014 in Rochester because of the 100 million dollar investment and the fact that governor Cuomo is up for reelection.

It is assured that Cuomo who is announcing job hires at B+L (is he a owner of the company?) will not allow layoffs at B+L until after the election.

Cuomo announces the news of hires at B+L. I think this is the Soviet Union. What better way to get reelected than to be the one that gives the news when ever a company is hiring. Maybe Cuomo gets paid a salary for making the announcements? Or maybe Valeant gets extra bonus points with Cuomo for letting him make the new hire announcements.
