ZD

Letter to the CEO last year and they dont do anything... im not holding my breath. Upper management and HR protect their own. Period.

I dont really think that the CEO is the one to go to with HR issues...Just a guess.
Did you try HR? And I dont really think that a letter stating that I dont like my ZD or my ZD makes us feel like we need to perform or sell will get it done.

Talk is cheap. Maybe Mr. Jerry doesnt put up with whiners?
It looks like time will tell, plenty of other transitions within management.

I didn't try HR bc I don't care or have a dog in the fight. I was not even in that region. Just giving my opinion.

HR is in the pocket of corporate. HR just may be more corrupt than the ZD's and corporate. ED and DBM (the ones in HR assigned to Employee issues) will protect corporate with all of their strength. They will not decide situations on solid facts, they will allow themselves to be manipulated by the "good ole boys" in order to protect themselves.
