This man is an abusive individual who treats his reports and other with total lack of respect and indecency. He is instigating trouble against some of the best employees at Spectrum because he has no clue in what he is doing. He is trying very hard to get on Raj's good side by promoting disdain and chaos throughout the company. It is clearly obvious what he is doing. Furthermore he cannot speak English well enough to express a point without yelling at his staff. This is a mechanism that he uses because he is embarrassed of his lack of knowledge.
