Dvorak is the only Z-1 in the company. Entry level engineers are typically a Z-12. Managers are Z-10. Directors typically Z-8. You get the idea. From the "I'm from HR and this is my 'deer in the headlights' look" responses we get, they are still figuring it out. Seems that "director" titles were tossed around pretty easily at Biomet, as VP titles were at Zimmer, so it should be an interesting "FAQ" they send out to explain the merged system.
