your manager is not your friend

you better believe that the meetings over the next two weeks will be filled with subjective BS which will result in the loss of your job. My advice!! If you have a chance to take out your manager (DM or RSD) do it now, because they are looking to do the same. You cn look at the OB Family tree, those will be the ones with a job, yet those are the worst managers. Act fast cuz you have one last chance. Be fair and im sure you will have a solid case.

Give examples or stop crying.

P.S.- your mgr has never been your friend. they are acting out their part just like you are. haven't you heard? this is all justa dog and pony show, and he who acts best wins.

Let's look at the numbers. Probably 1/2 the managers are needed. That means that some managers may be offered rep jobs as a demotion but keep job at Eisai? That means fewer jobs for reps. That means your manager is NOT your friend. Every man for themselves.

I hear that the DM's are no longer going to WCL. They may not be flying them up to calabrate the reps??? Who know's.... it a free for all! Good luck everyone!

Oncology managers have no business calibrating their current reps because in 50% of the cases, they've barely managed them for 4 months. How can you calibrate reps in the same territory objectively when the vast majority of the time, their loyalties and agenda's will lie with who they have managed the longest and which side they came from? Many managers will spin territory dynamics and skew things to try to make their favorites look better.

Will they even tell us what their objective criteria will be? This all just sounds like a huge clusterf$*! to me.
