You Will Be Shocked How Small Our Ranks Are Now

[We’re Dwindling Down]

We are now only a shadow of what we once were.
It was only two years ago this week that Scotty, Davie, Little Timmy, Josh, and Little Paulina and Annie heartlessly and stupidly fired 250 reps. That brilliant move cost us nearly a half billion in sales. And that wonderfully conceived program was inaccurately named “APEX” - quite the opposite of a pinnacle, rather it had the polar opposite effect. Are the guys smart or what?
I’ve heard that Corporate is shocked at the number of no-shows for our upcoming meeting. Our headcount is now way below 500 actual profitable reps.
Wait until you see how many new reps who have been with PDCO for under two years and probably still can hardly sell a $1000 a day!
There are so many faces from our last Orlando romp that are no more.
People gone from almost every branch in the country, some branches have almost ceased to exist in their respective marketplace.
Instead of the theme of the meeting being “We Are Patterson” - it should be “What We Was, We Is No More”
We’ve Become The Laughing Stock of the Industry. People always ask me,
“What in the world are you guys doing at Patterson?”
We’ll probably all be McKesson/Patterson Dental reps when we leave Vegas, meaning glorified pharmaceutical reps.

Shocked? Really? I know hindsight is 20/20 but if you’ve been a part of this mess for awhile you could’ve seen it coming the day you first met any of those aforementioned low-caliber members of the “management” team.

They were a bad selection of out-of-touch dummies that were moved into positions that were well above their abilities.

Look to see Pumpkinhead flogging prophy cups and varnish at a 4x6 table at a future convention. That’s exactly where he should’ve been all along and NOT the President overseeing a $3B P&L. Laughable yet no shock here. The world has a way of punishing stupidity and with those idiots who were at the helm for far too long - how can you really be shocked at the outcome????

No way. No one is stupid enough to bring the remaining loyalists together in Vegas to announce a sale or imminent pay cut. That move would make the Apex cuts look like Pythagorean's Theorem.

And yet you still underestimate those still in charge and their arrogance. If it does happen then it truly is the end of a once great company.
