quick calculation on the benefits vs risks of taking the vaccine compared to that same rubric of staying unvaccinated.

I’m tired of arguing with dumb asses like you. I just lie and have a fake vaccine card. Clearly whatever logic I use to rebuff your totalitarian demands gets redirected into me being a psycho extremist. I am about choice, free will, consequences & rewards. Agreed. While I took the vaccine and had no side effects and I believe it is the best way to fight this pandemic. I do agree that this post is by someone who is looking to start a fruitless political debate.
This is where this country really went wrong with the pandemic. Making a health crisis about politics.
Taking medical advice from the internet is dumb and nobody is going to be convinced to take the vaccine because they are shamed into doing so.
At this point people have basically made up their mind whether or not they will take it.

exactly and I’m not taking it. Most reasonably minded post I’ve seen yet. If you think I’m going to die from being a dumb ass, then let me. My life is not your responsibility and neither am I responsible for yours. If you were so confident in the vaccine then you wouldn’t force others to take it bc you would believe you were protected. 50% of cases are coming from vaccinated, they just aren’t as bad of cases, however they can still spread and transmit just like anyone else. Just like the flu. This is a pandemic of stupidity, if you’re sick then stay home until you’re asymptomatic. That’s the only way to stop this pandemic, until then, no matter how many vaccines are given/taken, it will continue to spread and mutate. We can’t lock down every time there is a spike. Just live your damn life and realize this is NEVER going away as long as the news companies, Pharma companies and medical companies are making a killing off this hype and fear...

100% wrong... we sell drugs that have more long term safety data than ANY of these vaccines and yet Dr’s question is daily on reasons not to use these drugs due to safety concerns. The only reason Dr’s are not pushing back is because it’s free for the patient, there is no PA & they make money off the injection. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing To get vaccinated if you’ve received it, I just don’t personally think the only reason to get a shot is because you’ll get fired if you don’t... talk about authoritarian... we don’t even have to get flu shots but we have to get the COVID boosters? So hypocritical...

As far as protecting our lifestyle, you better believe the people that don’t want this will be finding a way around this... either through a medical exemption (help offices with these daily) or a shot being thrown in the trash rather than in the arm... people may have a card and check the box but the dissent will still be there...
