Funny the OP doesn't see the irony. Teva's biggest blockbuster drug is capaxone was under fire from other companies wanting to copy it. It won't likely happen anytime soon, but Teva is in the same war as the other companies, just seems Teva is better at the game.

Jealous that our attorneys are smarter than yours. If your company had a solid patent, we wouldn't be able to produce a generic earlier. Alas we, do.
