I'm making $15,000 more in base and a significant amount in bonus.

What MEDICAL DEVICE competitor pays their reps a $75k base salary??? Not Ethicon or any J&J company, Boston Sci, Bard, Applied, Covidien...... Should I go on, or are you going to tell us what prolific, amazing company you work for so that we can all strive for greatness?

I'm sorry! I did lie! It's actually $75,500 base. And a large ( very large) bonus structure. You do not have to believe me nor do I need to ecplain any further!

Good luck to you in your position. I do work for an amazing company and yes...we do strice for greatness....hence...the reason why you are not working here!

my base is $85k and 225k at plan, you do really work for a shitty company

and for the record most companies pay based on EXPERIENCE of $50-90k high end, so keep working for the penny pushers they'll treat you just fine...

Keep drinking that Cook Kool-Aid and believing them when they say they pay a higher base than anyone out there.....Most legit device companies pay based on experience with an average being 65-75K + bonus and COMMISSIONS, something Cook has no idea how to pay the reps.
