You have way less than 4 months. There is not a lot of cross over in product so there shouldn't be any anti-trust issues, therefore government regulators should approve the sale fairly quickly...maybe 60 days from last monday.

Don't forget you will need to be there until the end if you want to see any severance
 






Not much if a severance-Bausch only gave 2 months when had merger with Ista last year; 2 months not long enough to find a new gig in this industry these days; better be prepared folks
