It doesn't matter how many camera conference calls you do. It does't matter how often you talk about performance at nauseam. The attention to the weekly data doesn't matter either. The product is not selling. Its not our fault. You continue to push, push, push. Its really sad to see a respected member of the team lose their nerve. This is a warning. Its only going to get uglier. Soon you won't be able to do anymore field days. This is a stark warning to the director that is creating chaos within the management team.
