Of all the "bickering" that could have occurred in this forum/site, it has been relatively slim. Obviously the NY RM is a clown, the rep is pissed and is calling the RM out. I would say the scenario playing out is representative across the country and just validates the void in leadership as a whole and the culture of the organization. Even with that statement, many do recognize that good people exist here.....not many and not for long.
