9/215 people are over 100% YTD to plan. That's ~4%. When 4 fucking percent of the entire nation is at 100% maybe just maaaaaaaybe you've set your goals wrong?! What do you think? This product was D.O.A. It's destined to fail. The triple hasn't even hit yet and we can't make it work. This company was and is being stupid.
 








Holly Shit!!!!! I'm well above the half way mark in the country and my bonus is less than 1,000. Anyone staying will be taking a serious cut in pay just based on bonus.
 
















Quick Math, Assume your geo was goaled at 90 scripts. For easy math sake. You would be at target if after the first month you had 30 and your IC would be based on 1/3 to goal for the 3 month total. Would it not therefore be around a 30% payout or less. The $$ per script change at different % of quarterly goal so 30% is a WAG (wild ass guess)

End of second month you magically on track and have 60 scripts so now you are at about 50 to 60 % potential pay out. It is not until you finish the quarter and all scripts are counted (or lost, for the conspiracy theorists) that you will really see what you made over the quarter and then and only then is your PC ranking accurate.

To the smarter people than me, there are loads, shoot holes in this theory. Please

You are correct each month adds to the previous months total with script worth increasing as you hit the mini goals they've set. Not over panic yet.

Can't stand stupidity! Pay attention to your business and pay, nut sack. They're (diabetes) not on the escalating Stiolto IC. They're still net sales and indexed. I work with some stupid assholes
