Not one person on that stage gives one single shit about how the patients, providers and reps are suffering through this. They are all getting so rich. They might care when their bonuses suffer. Until then it’s a greed fest.
 












We have had goals for 3 of the last 5 POAs that supply absolutely cannot match. Worse managed ET team ever. Agree, novo doesn’t care about reps . However, novo does 1000% pay IC to the obesity team not DCS team. As long as RD’s are paid for obesity, nothing will change, they are getting paid as well. So don’t speak up. I’m my market southeast supply challenges for 1mg and 2mg, and most of my Ozempic samples are going to Wegovy starts.
How un ethical is it to create goals that your supply cannot reach, and then threaten, put down and tell your reps they suck and can’t sell for not hitting goals.
 
























The amount of greed. Not just IC. Think of the mindset of the average diabetes rep, in sane goals- then the company doesn’t have the supply to meet the goal. Oh sell Rybelsus they can get that, but then novo won’t IC Rybelsus worth your time

My issue is they keep telling us all doses for O are being shipped to wholesalers and the retail pharmacy chains should have it by this date, that date…and that’s actually not the case. And these are not in rural areas. How many times can we reassure supply is back and reality is no it’s not.

Welcome to obesity where we’ve been dealing with this for over 2 years. After 2 years, the company finally admitted that it’s not coming back and are no longer giving a date. It’ll be the same for Ozempic, eventually. But don’t forget, the reason you have no ozempic is because there’s no Wegovy. Y’all have ridden that wave for 2 years.

Can anyone answer how it is possible that we cannot supply the United States with product but somehow in Germany we decided it would be a good idea to launch but yet aren’t worried about stocking issues there?
Curious that Germany didn’t get the same device the United States did. We keep hearing that there’s a lot of work and time that goes into changing the device but it’s been three years now which was more than enough time to collect the necessary information to make these changes.
Now they are worried about the appearance of too many activities in an office when the real problem is the PR for a product that keeps going out of stock for a disease state that the AMA deemed a chronic disease. Fix what’s broken, not what’s not.
