SW brings no talent to the table. No management skills, no coaching, no Hospital experience before he arrived here, no oncology experience before Amag. He is learning on the FLY! His boy PH is protecting him. PT cannot do anything about it because he knows if he did, it would cause big rif between him and PH. The management here is very poor! Everyone is collecting a paycheck and this seems fine to the stock holders.

Rumor was that SW never worked while he was employed at obi. This would explain his lack of experience. Same goes for ph.

SW is so full of himself and being protected by the "Par Meister" Par is a total fool's fool, he never really says anything. Do you ever listen to what he actually says? He never really says anything, just mumbles some BS that even he can't believe. Sw has never even promoted a good person for a RBD job or hired anyone from the outside that was worthwhile. Horrible decisions for RBD positions have just made things worse. Meanwhile Par who continues to collect frequent miles because that is what he does best is fly around the country doing nothing. Lastly the discussion around some of the RBD's definitely true regarding ME, a total nothing.

Most people with their heads outside of their arse realized that the Feraheme launch plan was a disaster from the very beginning. That terrible vision was born out of ignorance (lack of real Hem/Onc and Renal experience) that starts at the TOP. It's a bad company because of the people who run it. Plain and simple.

Sales reps, managers, executive team? About 20 on the sales team, one manager and maybe one in the executive team. Not much left because anyone who could see through these guys are gone. Their are a few who keep the mouth shut and the head down. Anyone in the know can see this company is on life support. One drug, no pipeline, and no management; spells failure. They hang their hat on the cash they have. Lawsuits and investors wanting management to buy back shares will decrease the cash. The investors want a stock buy back to increase their share value only to sell the shares and get out of this mess. Once this occurs the stock will be below the value it is today. I dont have a crystal ball but then again you dont need a phd to figure this out. My only question is what will PH and his buddies do once its all over. Oh, maybe longterm care could be a solution?

Par will never get another job again. He will not be able to mumble his way thru an interview, he will actually have to answer a questions with a solid answer not gobbledygook. as far as the rest of them, once one finds a job (a miracle) the whole gang will be brought over and that company will fail.

No qualifications needed here at Amag. We promote within, good or bad. Mostly bad but then again how hard is it to run a drug company into the ground?
