For Amgen, this means adopting a modified "Up or Out" culture where they will RIF the bottom 15% of workers each year. Look for layoffs to occur around the Q3 conference call each year.

As we did in 2014 with the VTPs exiting Sept & Oct. Another Amgen Annual tradition to look forward to. On the bright side, if you are RIF'ed, you get out of during that wretched Validation Assignment.
